Biography: Hello there! The name's Freddie, educator Freddie. I am a highly qualified and award-winning British teacher, lecturer, ex-examiner, and mentor. I have been in the classroom since 2009. During this time, I have taught at (almost) every level, from school to university, across 10 different countries. In addition to founding FoL English, I am a university lecturer, convenor and course creator. Outside of the classroom, I have a passion for tea, philosophy, and entrepreneurship.

Qualifications: BA (Hons) Philosophy, PGCE, QTS, MA TESOL [Distinction], Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA), Cambridge Certificate in Teaching English Online, Cambridge Certificate in Assessment, KCL Certificate in Entrepreneurship, EIT Certificate in Teaching Entrepreneurship.

Countries taught in: Austria, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Bulgaria, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Switzerland & the UK.

Awards: British Council Commendation Award, University of Kent Mentor of the Year.
