Biography: Hello! I’m passionate about helping students achieve their academic and career goals. With top-notch qualifications in English and Education from prestigious UK universities, I’ve had the privilege of managing and designing Foundation and Undergraduate programs that truly make a difference. Over the years, I’ve taken on various leadership roles, from operational planning and project management to building partnerships with high-ranking institutions worldwide. My experience spans lecturing in both international and UK contexts at Foundation, Bachelor’s, and Master’s levels. I’ve taught a diverse range of subjects, including Academic English Writing Skills, Research Skills and Methods, Study Skills, International Development, Educational Management, and Sociology. One of my greatest joys is teacher training. I’ve successfully delivered English Language and professional development courses, helping educators enhance their skills and knowledge. With over 20 years of experience leading international staff in higher education, I’ve honed my organisational and interpersonal skills to ensure a supportive and effective learning environment. Interests: My current research interest focuses on Action Research and Professional Development. My PhD thesis at the University of Birmingham used qualitative methods to examine international development aid to South Africa. Moreover, I have successfully supervised 10 English Language Masters’ projects.
