How It Works

  1. Sign Up: Register and get approved to become an affiliate.

  2. Refer: Share our website and ask students to add your name in the ‘referral’ box when they sign up.

  3. Earn: Get paid for every lesson booked through your referrals.

Affiliate Commission Structure

  • Student Referrals: We will share our commission with you! Earn 10% of FoL English’s lesson commission for every student you refer who books a lesson with any other tutor.

Example Earnings

Example 1: Student Referral

  • Scenario: You refer a student who books a lesson at £30.

  • Tutor's Pay Rate: £27.

  • FoL English Commission: £3.

  • Your Earnings: 10% of £3 = £0.30 per lesson.

Example 2: High-Value Lesson

  • Scenario: You refer a student who books a premium lesson at £50.

  • Tutor's Pay Rate: £45.

  • FoL English Commission: £5.

  • Your Earnings: 10% of £5 = £0.50 per lesson.

To Earn £100

  • Scenario 1: Refer students who collectively book 400 lessons at £25 each.

    • Your Earnings: 400 lessons x £0.25 per lesson = £100.

  • Scenario 2: Refer students who collectively book 200 lessons at £50 each.

    • Your Earnings: 200 lessons x £0.50 per lesson = £100.

When referring students, please ensure they follow these steps:

  1. Go to folenglish.com.

  2. Click on ‘Sign Up/Login’.

  3. Select your name from the referral list during the sign-up process.

FoL English Affiliate Agreement

This Affiliate Agreement (the "Agreement") is made between FoL English ("FoL English", "We", "Our", "Us") and the affiliate ("Affiliate", "You", "Your").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up as an Affiliate, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. FoL English reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time, with notice provided to Affiliates via email or platform notification.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

2.1. Promotion: You agree to actively promote FoL English using your unique referral link.

2.2. Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your promotional activities.

2.3. Ethical Conduct: You agree to conduct yourself in an ethical and professional manner, avoiding any misleading or deceptive practices.

3. Commission Structure

3.1. Student Referrals: You will earn a commission of 10% of the lesson commission FoL English charges for every student you refer who books lessons with other tutors.

3.2. No Cap: There are no caps or limits on your earnings.

4. Payment

4.1. Payment Schedule: Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis, within 30 days of the end of each month.

4.2. Payment Method: Payments will be made via the same method used for tutor payments, unless otherwise agreed upon.

4.3. Automated Tracking: Our system automatically tracks your referrals and calculates your commissions.

5. Reporting

5.1. Dashboard Access: You will have access to a dashboard to track your referrals and commissions in real-time.

5.2. Monthly Statements: FoL English will provide monthly statements detailing the lessons completed and commissions earned.

6. Termination

6.1. Termination by Affiliate: You may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to FoL English.

6.2. Termination by FoL English: FoL English reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to breach of this Agreement or any fraudulent activity.

7. Miscellaneous

7.1. Modification of Terms: FoL English may modify the terms of the Affiliate Program at any time, with notice provided to Affiliates via email or platform notification.

7.2. Taxes: Affiliates are responsible for any taxes or legal obligations arising from their participation in the Affiliate Program.

7.3. Governing Law: This Agreement will be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

By signing up as an Affiliate, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
